Jonnie Harrison
Director & Senior Teacher
Jonnie Harrison is the Director of Dynamic Piano lessons and also a Senior Teacher specialising in Jazz Piano. Jonnie has a BA Hons in Music from Sussex University and a Masters in Music Therapy from Roehampton University.Jonnie has performed both in the UK and abroad, accompanied singers, and has written music for film, theatre and dance.

Charlotte
Charlotte holds a BA in Music from the University of Cambridge, where she also held an organ scholarship at Trinity Hall. A classically trained pianist, flautist, organist and conductor, she holds ARSM Performance Diplomas in both flute and piano.She has extensive performance experience in the UK and abroad, including directing Choral Evensong services and musical theatre productions in Cambridge
Ellena
Originally from Northamptonshire, Ellena Teal has been teaching with Dynamic Piano Lessons since April 2021. Ellena holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Royal College of Music.Ellena has performed both in the UK and abroad as an orchestral trumpet player and is making her professional debut in September 2023 with the Philharmonia.
Caroline – Finance Director
Caroline is our Finance Director and has been delighted to watch us grow and thrive over the last few years. Previously, Caroline has worked in the accounting department at Warner Brothers Studios and created budgets for Butterfly Theatre Company. She is delighted to be able to work in a creative environment, alongside Jonnie and the team and watch the students grow and thrive, term by term.

Emma
Emma has been teaching piano and singing for 5 years and studied Musical Theatre and Actor Musicianship at ArtsEd and Guildford School of Acting.
Emma’s apprenticeship with Music In Unison, a business providing high quality early years music education and she has performed at Cadogan Hall, Liverpool Philharmonic and The Liverpool Everyman.
Emma enjoys unlocking musical potential, fostering a life long love for music in her students and connecting with them all – whatever their age.

Max
Max is a multi-instrumentalist from Sussex who teachers and performs throughout Sussex and London. He is a Master of Performance graduate from the Royal College of Music, passing with Distinction and has a variety of performance experience including solo, ensemble and orchestral.
Max has been teaching for over 10 years to all ages and abilities and loves being able to pass on his passion for music to all of his students. He also undertakes bookings for various private events performing a variety of styles such as classical, jazz and pop.

Morgan
Morgan is a Scottish performer with a First Class (Hons) degree from Guildford School of Acting in Actor Musicianship, where I immersed myself in the worlds of music, acting, singing and dance. For over seven years, I’ve had the joy of teaching musicians of all ages and abilities helping each student discover their unique sound and confidence.
A lifelong performer and unapologetic music enthusiast, I love bringing energy, humour, and creativity into every lesson. My goal is to make learning piano engaging, rewarding, and something you’ll look forward to every week.

Zachary
Born in Hong Kong, Zachary is a classically trained pianist and countertenor. He has been a full time piano and singing teacher since 2009. He has a BA in musicology from the University of Hong Kong and an MA in piano pedagogy from Hong Kong Baptist University. His other music qualifications include DipABRSM, ALCM and LMusTCL.
Zachary loves to share his passion in music and knowledge of music in every lesson. He will also adjust students’ performance gestures and alignment with his rich yoga knowledge. His mission is to help students establish a healthier way to play music and develop music playing as a lifelong hobby.

Alex
Alex Grinyer joined the DPL team in 2023 as a piano teacher. Alex has a Bachelor of Music degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and a Masters from the Royal College of Music.
Alongside his piano playing, Alex is a freelance organist and horn player.

Rosie
Rosie joined the Royal College of Music in London as a postgraduate student of classical piano in 2019 to continue developing her skills to become a professional musician. The course focuses on many aspects of classical music whilst specialising in my first study instrument (piano), such as weekly lessons, performance coaching/classes, pedagogical techniques, masterclasses, academic studies in performance research/music history, theory and advanced aural training.
