Ellena
Originally from Northamptonshire, Ellena Teal has been teaching with Dynamic Piano Lessons since April 2021. Ellena holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Royal College of Music.
Ellena has performed both in the UK and abroad as an orchestral trumpet player and is making her professional debut in September 2023 with the Philharmonia.
Caroline – Finance Director
Caroline is our Finance Director and has been delighted to watch us grow and thrive over the last few years. Previously, Caroline has worked in the accounting department at Warner Brothers Studios and created budgets for Butterfly Theatre Company. She is delighted to be able to work in a creative environment, alongside Jonnie and the team and watch the students grow and thrive, term by term.

Emma
Emma has been teaching piano and singing for 5 years and studied Musical Theatre and Actor Musicianship at ArtsEd and Guildford School of Acting.
Emma’s apprenticeship with Music In Unison, a business providing high quality early years music education and she has performed at Cadogan Hall, Liverpool Philharmonic and The Liverpool Everyman.
Emma enjoys unlocking musical potential, fostering a life long love for music in her students and connecting with them all – whatever their age.
Zachary
Born in Hong Kong, Zachary is a classically trained pianist and countertenor. He has been a full time piano and singing teacher since 2009. He has a BA in musicology from the University of Hong Kong and an MA in piano pedagogy from Hong Kong Baptist University. His other music qualifications include DipABRSM, ALCM and LMusTCL.
Zachary loves to share his passion in music and knowledge of music in every lesson. He will also adjust students’ performance gestures and alignment with his rich yoga knowledge. His mission is to help students establish a healthier way to play music and develop music playing as a lifelong hobby.
Alex
Alex Grinyer joined the DPL team in 2023 as a piano teacher. Alex has a Bachelor of Music degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and a Masters from the Royal College of Music.
Alongside his piano playing, Alex is a freelance organist and horn player.
